The frequency of dynamic pictures should not change too fast to avoid affecting the viewer's vision.

8. If the advertisement made by the advertiser is false, or someone reports it as a scammer or a scammer company, and the advertiser cannot provide an effective reply or explanation, this website has the right to remove the advertisement and not provide a refund.

9. During the advertisement delivery process, if the website cannot be accessed or other failures affect the normal delivery of advertisements, the website will extend the advertising delivery time.
